Available items will be charged and dispatched immediately. Backordered items will be charged immediately and dispatched as soon as they become available. You will receive tracking information by email when your order has been shipped. Delivery time is 3-4 business days for the East Coast and 5-6 business days for all other locations except AK, HI and VI (up to 8 days). Please note that these delivery times are approximate values stated by our delivery partners and cannot be guaranteed. Please note that P.O. Box, Army Post Office (APO) and Fleet Post Office (FPO) addresses are not accepted.

Please note: We cannot make any changes to your order after you have submitted it. If you need to update the shipping address or wish to change the books you have ordered, you will need to request a cancellation and order again. If the parcel has already been shipped and you need to change the shipping address, you will need to contact the local delivery company once the parcel has arrived in the country of delivery.
